The gentleman who performed the massage spent more time putting all of his weight into my back with his elbow than he did actually using his hands, sometimes pressing so hard that it was difficult for me to breath. It was extremely painful and if I am not bruised I would be surprised. Then when I went to pay, he ran my CC and handed me the receipt which showed $6.00 more than the price listed. When I questioned this, I was informed that he did a 20 minute instead of the 15 I requested & wrote down on their sign in sheet. Another employee came up and then all of the employees started speaking in Chinese. When I explained I could not understand what they were saying and would prefer if they spoke in English, she informed me that she was not talking to me only him. The entire ordeal was unacceptable and I would never recommend for anyone to use this place! Not relaxing at all!

Tony Castillo is a wonderful and kind human being that no only relieved my pain caused by Fibromyalgia, but also took the huge knots out of my neck and back. He is also great with working out sciatica problems, and the calm studio took me away from my everyday stress!!! He is the MOST reasonably priced massage therapist that I have EVER been to! Most places charge at least DOUBLE, and he easily goes way over the 1 hour mark, and makes sure you feel great before he's done!!! There is something very kind and gentle about both his demeanor and work, and I LOVE IT!!! I would be back right away, but he's generally booked up way in advance. She is so talented and professional. She knows what I need and what needs extra care. I have arthritis in my hand and two compressed veritable in my back and diabetic neuropathy in my feet.
