Colin did such a great job that he is now our designated family stylist. The Fix Lounge is clean, comfortable, and cool and Colin is funny and easygoing. (His wife Maren, a makeup artist, is just as friendly.) He has years of schooling and experience and is very serious about hair. Super professional. Empty promises and unreturned phone calls and emails. At this point I too am considering legal action. Update (I should have done this earlier): after several months, we finally received our photos. Since then, several other people have reached out to me to share that they have had similar experiences. The photos turned out excellent, but the post-event experience and lack of communication was dreadful.
