I had parked in the lot to pick up an order at the restaurant across the street. Dr. Menezes came out and asked whether I was visiting her business. When I explained that I was going across the street, she responded sharply, "Then park across the street!" At the time, the lot was completely empty, with at least six open spaces, and there were no visible signs indicating that parking was restricted to her customers. I completely understand that business owners have the right to reserve parking for their clients, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and hostile. A simple explanation that the lot was for customers only would have been sufficient. Instead, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. If this is how she treats random people on the street, it does not inspire confidence in the level of care or professionalism patients can expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.
