Janet is the most caring doctor I've ever met. She is kind, caring, inspiring and knowledgeable.

She is an excellent doctor. Really straightforward, thorough, and a good listener. The practice is very efficient as well.

I tried giving this place a couple chances as with the pandemic everyone has been effected so we have to be lenient, but I have officially hit my end point. My results were not delivered to me but another family member which was really irresponsibly as per HIPPA. Due to that wrong information was not passed back to me. I didn't find this out till months later when needing results for work and going on the lab website to retrieve them. Another is that one of my relatives who has trouble with technology had asked me to help them on retrieving their results as well. However, when inputting their name no results were found! It's been over 2 months past the appointment in which they had gone to the lab to get test done!! So then we tried called the office to ask what was going on and they just told us that it was our own responsibility to figure out the test and call it in ourselves?? How great, you write the order but can't help us retrieving it. Well thanks for nothing. I was actually able to retrieve the results after going through papers that were kept after each appointment/ order. Thank goodness these papers were saved! And the reason to why we couldn't find the result? The name was incorrect! How is the name incorrect?? They have done test here prior and received results, but this time and this test just happened to be a different name when there was no chance in the name of the ID given or the insurance card? Anyway, thanks for the past care that we received here. We will not be coming back.

My mother was seeing Dr Kada, and the whole experience was a mess…read more My siblings warned me that Dr. Kada was rude at the first visit with my mother, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a bad day? i wasn't too worried because don't need to be friends with doctors, I just need them to be competent. There are long waits these days for doctors, and I wanted just to get my mother's medications in order. Then her office cancelled our follow up visit at the last minute. Not ideal, but I get that stuff happens. At the third telehealth visit, everything went off the rails. Kada had tech problems that she couldn't seem to troubleshoot, didn't use the chat function as a work around, and then called my mother who is 78 with traumatic brain injury and proceeded to condescend to her, talk over her, and generally steamroll her. Kada was visibly and vocally annoyed the whole time, and also entirely uninterested in listen to us. She *insisted* that my mother come in for an appointment a few hours later, forgetting that she's a 78 year old woman with a disability who doesn't drive and needs help with her medical care (guess she didn't check the chart before the visit). We tried to explain that, but she interrupted us and said the appointment was over. I'll give Dr Kada credit for being honest, though. She told us that because she was running late that morning she did not have time to help us. If my mother could not work the system immediately they way she wanted (and despite the Dr's own tech problems), the appointment was over, and that was that. It could not be clearer to me that this is not someone with the time, interest, or capacity to help anyone with special needs. I don't recommend her to anyone, but especially not to someone who needs extra help.

I would give 5 stars but I'm so fed up with the following that I'm only giving 3 stars in hopes my plea gets listened to. The building elevators continue to be awful. I have been coming to 1635 GM Dr. ever since it opened in the mid 1990s and the elevators have been terrible for all 3 decades. One of the two elevators is often out of service - ridiculously frequently. Additionally, the elevators are really slow-moving, further sapping efficiency. As such, when an elevator - yet again - goes on the blink, eliminating 50% of elevator capacity (when they really should have originally built 3 or more elevators), it's guaranteed that patients will be chronically late. For themselves, their staff and their patients, I urge APC and other buikding tenants to unify and demand the owner/management company do MUCH better than they have to date by replacing the terrible-from-the-start-but-getting-even-worse elevators. Bite the bullet with patients having to take alternate elevators for a week or so for the swap out, but replace the dysfunctional elevators now.
