Have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, Drs and Nurses are friendly and professional. Our daughter sees Dr. Bae and she has been great with her. The visits are quick, as others have mentioned, but any questions you have are always answered and well-visits are supposed to be short and sweet anyway, aren't they? Can't speak to visits with sick child, as thankfully I haven't experienced this yet. I did call in once to ask about bringing my daughter in when she was sick, and the nurse was helpful and talked to me over the phone and told us what symptoms to look for and ultimately we decided to stay home, which was just fine with me, as a non-alarmist type parent. I also appreciate that they encourage families to get their children vaccinated, as this is something I feel very strongly about. The only mishap was that the office staff charged us for co-pays for our first two well-visits, which were supposed to be fully covered, but they offered to refund us as soon as they realized their mistake. The parking lot is small, but so far I've always been able to find a spot in the lot.

He took great care of my daughter in her first two years of life. She always finds something entertaining in the waiting area, whether it was the TV or the giant fish tank. By the time our second daughter was born, we had moved to a new neighborhood so we switched to a practice that was closer to home. Otherwise, it was a 20-minute drive to Seven Corners. If you live in or near Seven Corners, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!

My 2 year old is highly afraid of Shots AND doctors, but Dr. Lamson was able to entertain the little guy enough where he allowed him to pull his pant leg up so that he could administer the vaccine on his thigh, he cried a bit, but after that, he wanted Dr. Lamson to play with him. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. He asked me if he could come here for his future wellness visits and we just might schedule both of their wellness visits here and just leave emergency and sick visits for our local pediatrics!

They changed an appointment to a different doctor via TEXT because supposedly this doctor is not seeing new patients (even though both my sons have seen her) and didn't even have the courtesy to call. Be sure to check their online scheduler or call during their central answering service times. This location is located off 66 and has plenty of free parking out front. The office is on the first floor and has a large waiting room. We've seen many doctors over the years, though we especially enjoy Dr. Siegel as our primary physician. CAP referred us to specialists as needed for allergy and dermatology issues. I also saw lactation consultants, who were helpful, nonjudgmental, and supportive. I have occasionally needed the after-hours doctor line and always gotten a call back. Also it's been easy to get needed vaccines and paperwork in the office by filling out requests on the patient portal. This isn't an old timey mom and pop office--it's a fairly large practice where you can come to Falls Church or any of the other offices in the network. For me, that's fine. I like the flexibility to see someone on a short timeframe if needed. But we have almost always been able to get an appointment at Falls Church or Sleepy Hollow (not too far away) when we needed it.

I suggest Arlington Lactation & Feeding Therapy if you are in the area (NOVA), we use them and they were covered by my aetna insurance. In short, wonderful doctors, great front office, I love our visits and feel that I can rely on them.

I took him to a different urgent care where he was diagnosed with an ear infection, unsurprising to everyone, except apparently Dr. Dhaliwal. My frustration is not from the fact that my expectations didn't meet the doctor's "medical expertise" but rather that both me and my son were treated terribly and like complete idiots. Good doctors miss things, they're not perfect, but good people don't talk down to patients/caregivers and belittle them. Kindness goes a long way in medical care. I would strongly encourage others to find a different urgent care. Original post: Easily the worst, most condescending, unprofessional medial experience I've had for either myself or my kids. I was talked down to, dismissed, and treated like an idiot when I tried to advocate for my son. She is flexible with the in-home visit schedules and she also provides telehealth visits as needed. She has an easy to use electronic portal and secure messaging service which is a big must for good communication. Since we are in COVID times she wears a mask for her visits, wipes everything down cleanly, washes her hands, etc. And best of all she has been really attentive and caring. We are happy we found her.

We were referred here due to our son's anemia. They exceeded every expectation. The staff is…read morecaring and did so much to make the visit fun for our son, who is only 1 year old. They blew bubbles while taking his vitals, which he loved. They took extra time finding the vein for his blood draw and got it on the first try. They had a minions movie playing during the draw and gave him a new toy to keep immediately after, which meant he forgave them VERY quickly! The doctor was very informative in our appointment and also did a great job listening. The bloodwork results were literally back in 10 minutes, so we were able to discuss results with the doctor immediately, saving us a full additional appointment.
