These guys aren't good at luggage repairs. I won't use them again. It took them 4 months to fix a…read morebag that I dropped off, and never even bothered to call me once! I went in recently to ask them where my bag was and of course they had no idea. Then, they called me last week to tell me my bag was there and I needed to come get it right away! I'm pretty sure they had lost it for a while and didn't want to say anything. I go to get my bad today and the repair is terrible! It looks like a 3rd grader did it - they spilled glue or something else all over my bag. They promised me a heavy duty nylon patch (my damage is in a high wear area) and they basically glued some faux leather piece on that is already falling off! And to top it all off, they had the nerve to charge me the full $90 dollars for the repair. What a rip off! Don't come here for repairs!
