If I found a house where I liked some parts of it (e.g. if it had high ceilings and a great fireplace) but it had items that were on my "definitely do not want (item/feature/doodad)" list that we established in earlier meetings she would recommend we look at something else. During the walk-throughs we did of the house she had read through the initial contract so thoroughly she noticed that the builder had not installed the window sills and garage keypad that were initially agreed upon in the contract! I got a great deal on my new home and I'm in love with it!
