After over a year waiting . my husband received notice that his petition was approved , and within a week he received another notice that they revoked the petition due to a missing document they discovered wasn't sent to them. Mark claimed that his office had send the required document and told us he will reopen the case if we pay once again the fee. We did and were to believe that the case will be reviewed in normal time frame estimate 2/3 months. Well nothing happened months later. Every time I inquired, Mark response was well it will happen and we need to be patient. After additional eight months waiting without any sign of action my husband had to travel back to his country to attend to very important legal matters that could result in him loosing his home if he didn't attend in court. Mark advised us if my husband leaves he will not be able to return to USA not even as turist. We have been under such a horrible stress without any explanation or sign that Mark was even involved anymore in our case. After waiting two years we realized we had lost our case but Mark wasn't honest to let us know, so he keep brushing us off until we realize on our own. We lived under terrible stress and realizing that something wasn't going right. in my initial consultation with Mark he advised it will take maximum 7 mos. to one year. We waited two years. we were faced with unthinkable --we LOST due to a error done on behalf of the attorney office . My husband left in such a distress on his return flight to Frankfurt he experienced heart failure and had to be taken in Frankfurt to hospital. At the same time Mark decided to send me notice that he officially terminated involvement with us because he was disturbed with me sending him two emails in my desperate attempt to get some answers from him. He had terminated our case way back when he realized he dropped the ball by not attending to our case as he should have, and letting unqualified personnel to handle important matters. He had already collected his fee and he didn't care anymore what happened to us even after we paid second time required fee to reopen the case. Mark is grossly overrated and as time went by i realized he actually lets the cases to be handled by his help.which isn't consistent. There were 3 different individuals over the course of our first year that replaced one another. There's high level of turnover resulting in cracks in the process. Mark is very timely to request his payment. As I'm traveling now to Germany to be by my husband side I couldn't help but express my disappointment and regret for choosing Mark a guy who is seeing his clients just as $$$ without any concern or care about his mistreatment effect on them.

We didn't owe the firm anything and only asked he take the call as it was too late to reschedule and we would pay for his time. He stated not without the additional funds which were to be used after the phone call. From the beginning we questioned their spending methods as 'double dipping' charges were constant. Additional irritation was how many mistakes were in Chad and his paralegal Sara's work. I had to catch and fix things as basic as names and birth dates on the petitions filed with court. When frustrated by his paralegals work, his defense of her was "it happens". Making matters more frustrating was him being late to an important hearing before the judge, sounding unsure of his knowledge in front of the judge and finding out later what he did by threatening to not take the court ordered call was extremely unethical. The ladies in the office are all lovely and very professional however Chad is all about the money and extending your case to milk everything he can while his paralegal lacks major attention to detail. After researching him by reviews online, found I wasn't the only one with the exact same complaints. Wish I had seen those before we trusted him with our child's adoption!
