The result was a final divorce decree that took place faster than the minimum 30-days; my pension left untouched, and stipulation that I could live with. Yes, that whole time felt like a living hell, but the staff at the firm were always available to contact and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He showed me no calculations for allocation of child support and alimony and was largely absent in the process. I was under duress during mediation due to an injury that occured the night before. He allowed the mediation to go on for over 12 hours and recommended I give my ex-wife my house with a 2.85% mortgage, my truck, $6000 per month in child support and alimony event though I have my kids 50% of the time and I paid off all her debt. This put me on a path that has caused immense emotional and physical stress. Don't risk it.
