Even if you have items that aren't eligible for coupons in your stash, as long as your total is whatever is indicated on the coupon, you can STILL use it on the items that are eligible. Say you had a total of $50 worth of clothes, a coupon for 20% off of $40, and $20 worth of the clothes you're buying are ineligible for the coupon. They will STILL apply that coupon to the $30 worth of items that do qualify. Sounds like a winner to me!

I had purchased them online through Carter's and today I brought them into the store where the store tells me that they will not honour the online policy of a no hassle return with the receipt of a full refund. This store has a 90 day window and will now give me a percentage of what the purchase price is today. And only in an in store credit not even onto my Carter's credit card which is where I charged the purchase. I called Carter's customer service line that's written on the bottom of the receipt and spent a 1/2 an hour on the phone with them where they then tell me that there is a $6 fee. So clearly no one is honouring this no hassle return. Honest to goodness had I had my Carter's credit card with me in the store I would have cut it up and left there.The 1st time grandparent there is no telling how much money I could have spent in that store which will now go elsewhere...

When I was finally able to go in I was never greeted, male white employee with a hat on was his personal phone the entire time I was in store. When I asked if something was discounted I got a rude response and as I was walking away I could hear him talking on the phone about me laughing. Very rude. Great personalized customer service at Lucky Brand, with wide selection of options for men, and currently running 40-60 percent off merchandise, though with Lucky Brand, the prices are on the higher end to begin with. Lots of dressing rooms, sizable racks with clearanced items, and a very well organized (and not rifled through) shelves and racks. Great shopping experience!
