Then not tell the customer, however customer finds issue anyways from installation being done wrong.. Kyle then proceeds to berate/harass and gas light into trying to say I brought the pieces in broken and how he doesn't see a problem.

Some of the supervisors nice, some not so nice…read more I needed my worked hours adjusted every damn week because for some reason they would get screwed up, and sometimes I would have to tell HR multiple times before they actually fixed the problem. I never got a new headset. I was given a series of used, beaten up gross headsets that I needed to get replaced multiple times. One had makeup stains on it. One didn't even have the squishy ear pads on it, it was just the hard plastic and hurt my ears. Oh and the best part? A week before I quit, the place became infested with bed bugs. They tried to keep it quiet so none of us would know, but we found out. I called off multiple days in a row because I was not about to work in a place with BED BUGS. They didn't move us or address the situation it was really so stupid. Such a shady place to work. That's just the nutshell.
