Kyle at real audio likes to let his technicians break customer bought parts on install, than allow them to try and super glue the pieces together. Then not tell the customer, however customer finds issue anyways from installation being done wrong.. I had these guys put a full sound system put in my VW Eos. Let me tell you, these guys really went the extra mile. The system KICKS! The owner made sure to throw in small detail upgrades to ensure longevity and quality of sound that have truly paid off 10 fold. A year later I've never heard a system so warm and clear, but also that hits the bass so hard. The shop has been very easy to work with. It's not the cheapest in town, but out of all the cars I've ever had the sound system upgraded in, this is by far the best, hardest hitting system. I highly recommend anybody curious to stop in, and trust the process. Real audio will have your jaw dropped with sound you didn't even think possible. Everybody that has ever ridden with me can attest to the quality of the music. It's as if I have an IMAX theatre in my car. The hatch on my 1989 Mustang would not open using the internal release. The staff looked at it, figured out the problem and told me what part was needed to fix it. I opened the A-pillar cover to install a dash cam and noticed that remote starter wire that RealAudio did last time was not tucked and tied up neatly. The worst thing is the wire is blocking the side airbag. I was lucky that I had fixed fix by myself when working on the dash cam installation. I brought my car to Real Audio to have my gauge cluster fixed. Kyle was super nice and I was thrilled he could get me in right away. However, I had to drop my car off two different times without the problem being fixed. I kept getting the run around with parts needing ordered and then eventually no one calling me back. I finally took my car to Enormous, which I should have done in the first place. It was fixed within a few hours. Enormous also informed me that when it was previously taken apart, the needles on the speedometer were not taken apart correctly and now they are jumpy...so I now have to get those fixed. Bringing my car to Real Audio has costed me more money than I would have spent if I would have just gone to Enormous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
