after seeing cynthia once, i decided not to go back. i felt some of her advice was a bit dubious…read morealthough i did buy a probiotic of which did indeed help some digestive issues. my biggest problem is that i told her accupuncture was covered by my insurance and she said she would give me a "super" bill for which i would be responsible to do the billing after i paid her cash up front which i did. by the time i left her place 3 hours later, i forgot to remind her to give me the bill. over the past couple of months i have called many times at different times of day and left messages requesting a statement, but i have received no response. i've given up and am out $120.00.
