This is a terrible clinic. I can't speak for what their actual surgical skills are, but what I can…read moretell you is that everything around their surgery is incredibly unprofessional, and they have no ethics. It seems like a lot of people have had good results here and thats great. But if you're like me, and the surgery doesn't work like intended, the doctors will treat you terribly. While I was under their care, I posted a negative review because of the bad treatment on google reviews. They saw that review and Dr. Livermore apparently got pissed and lost his temper - That's what they told me when I came in. They told me to sign something saying I would be "released to find another provider". At the time i just signed it without thinking. Turns out it was a patient/client separation where I was waiving my rights to be seen. They cancelled my physical therapy immediately after this and I was unable to get treatment for over a month fresh after my shoulder surgery. 2 years later and my shoulder still doesn't work properly, but at this point im too scared to even try to approach another shoulder specialist in the area because they all know eachother. Rachelle and Dr Livermore willingly and knowingly led a 22 year old patient into signing a document that would remove their ability to get needed physical therapy. And they did it because they were mad about an honest google review.

Beware, phone calls, appointments and referrals all take a long time and everyone I talked with…read moredidn't seem to care. There policy is they have a week before they send in referrals to insurance. So now it's 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything back from the. I would recommend to try and find a different facilit.

I used Dr Justin Strickland because reviews said he listens. I saw him ONCE. The first time I went,…read moreand nothing afterwards. I broke my arm badly. All the way though but in a place that made a cast impossible and still lined up so no surgery (so I was told). I already had a badly torn rotator cuff and explained that the first time. I only saw his PAs after that and they would not listen. I kept explaining that I was also having issues with my arm all the way to my fingers, specifically with my elbow and wrist. On w PA said it might be the ulnar nerve but we could look at it later. My next to last time there I specifically asked to see Dr Strickland the next appointment. I was assured that I would. I didn't. Asked again. Assured that I would. That appointment was for Jan 7th, a Wednesday, almost a month later. On Monday the 5th I received a call asking to reschedule. The doctor (who I only saw once) wanted to reschedule because, and I quote, *He no longer wants to see patients on Wednesdays.* They rescheduled to end of month. I didn't go back. My arm has a torn rotator cuff, a torn biceps, and a compressed ulnar nerve. I have another doctor (who listens shockingly) who will be performing the surgery.

Beware!!! Pick another office for your medical needs! This office runs their patients through like…read morecattle. They LOST my husbands MRI disc so a diagnosis was given on age of my husband and an exray only. When the disc was located, and still never reviewed by the doctor, I went to pick it up and was handed another patients disc! They charge over 300 dollars just to walk in their door the first time. To discuss medical diagnosis, the doctor did it INTHE WAITING ROOM in front of other patients! Does this office not understand HIPAA laws?
