Quick and thorough service!! I've been coming here for about 6 months and they do a great job. I never have to wait long. These ladies take their time threading that unwanted annoying hair and are very friendly while doing it. I've been looking for a competent threading place that I love for a while now, and I have found it! I think it's so much more accurate at getting those pesky tiny hairs out than just plain waxing. I love, love, LOVE Janu's! I began coming here since about 2018 due to a friend's recommendation, and it was a keeper for me. Like any other male or female that gets their eyebrows done, I was scared to try a new place because HELLOOO eyebrows are our babies, right!? But the women who work here know what they're doing! I don't know them by name (I know, I'm terrible!) but either or are great with threading. I've had upper lip & eyebrows done, but mostly eyebrows because constant upper lip is only for the brave. Anyway, even after coming for 3 years now, they still always ask what I'd like for my eyebrows (clean-up/shaping, etc) and I feel that it's important to always ask, regardless of how well you know your customers... who knows, maybe one day I'll feel like threading off the ends of my babies lol. They recently moved to a new location, but it's only a few doors down, in the same shopping center. Also, what I love about them, is they give out these little cards & after 10 visits (I think) you get a free eyebrow threading! The ladies even ask you upon payment if you have a little card with you, and if you don't, they give you one. It's a nice gesture to be reminded, especially when you're running around like a headless chicken. With the pandemic, they've also kept up with cleanliness & sanitation between customers. I've been going to Perfect Eyebrows over in Wyoming and Montgomery for years to satisfy my threading urge. Im a firm believer in doing what works and haven't moved from there because I've had the mall butcher my eyebrows before. I like to get my brows and upper lip done twice per month because it looks cleaner than plucking, I don't have to worry about whether I plucked evenly, and it doesn't involve the skin irritation that waxing produces on me. That being said, Perfect Eyebrows is out of the way for me since I live on the west side. I had a friend tell me to try this place out. I did..and I'm glad. I've been twice now. The owner is very friendly and her and one other person are the only people touching your brows..no need to worry if one of the 6 people that work there (including some newbie you've never seen before) will do your brows right. They have a rewards/loyalty program..and it's a little cheaper than my regular place. I'll be back the next time I need my brows done right!! read more

Kay is the sweetest, most gentle person ever! I had an amazing experience with her. She definitely was open to my concerns on growing out my eyebrows and the unevenness and she did an amazing job at making them symmetrical as possible (considering how uneven they were from the start).
