Tweezing is obnoxious and no fun. That's why I leave my problem eyebrows to the pros. The ladies at Perfect Eyebrows get the job done efficiently and cheaply. I go here for eyebrow threading about once a month. No appointment required and I'm always in and out within 15 min. You walk in, sign in, and are seated in a chair. The process is a tad painful, but that's to be expected since you're literally getting your eyebrows ripped out. Beauty is pain. If you can tolerate waxing, you can tolerate threading. It sure beats tweezing and doing them yourself. For $12, it's definitely worth it. read more

Ramen has always been my favorite threader. Even when she worked in Santa Fe, I'd go to her. I don't think there's anyone else that can compete with her. Her girls at the store are good 90% of the time. I get some that make my eyebrows too thin or leave a lot of hair but most of the time the girls work fabulous. read more

Being closed up for 3 months because of the pandemic, I'm ashamed to say my eyebrows were bushy! I used to get my eyebrows waxed but I figured this was a perfect time to try something new, threading. I called to make sure they were open and to see if I needed an appointment. The cheery voice on the other side of the phone said they do walk-ins only. I hopped in my car and headed over. The parking lot there is a little scary because the spots are so small. The shop itself is clean and efficient. They have a sign in, a few waiting chairs, a couple threading chairs, and a counter. I walked in and there was someone waiting ahead of me and someone in the chair. It was a quick 10-15 min and it was my turn. She talked to me for a minute to see what I wanted and then away she went. She instructed me to pull the skin taut as she went. I will say that the pain was different from waxing but definitely manageable. She finished shaping them and gave me a Kleenex, for my watering eyes, and a mirror to make sure I was happy with the results. It was very reasonably priced, even with a tip it was less than $20. I was very pleased with the shaping, clean lines, and quickness of it. Plus they have a punch card rewards program and you work up to a free threading. I would highly recommend this spot for threading, did a great job, it's clean, quick, and friendly. Also, the results have lasted much longer than waxing! read more

I've had my brows threaded at Perfect Eyebrows 3 times and have had a fine experience each time. The first time I called I was told to come in for a walk in rather than booking an appointment. I have followed those instructions and have never had to wait for a walk in. The appointments are over quickly and I've never had any issues with how they have shaped my brows. The women who work there seem nice enough but their customer service isn't great. Its just not very welcoming when I enter the store. I feel like I always get told by someone across the room to sign in, sit in a specific chair and then someone begins my brows. Additionally, they don't remove make up before hand or apply any thing after. The first time I went I asked because I have really sensitive skin but it seemed like it was a big hassle. They have remodeled their salon and it's very pretty. Perfect Eyebrow is convenient and a good price, but could probably improve their customer service. read more

This place has been great for the last 3 years until now. I went in today for my lunch break and wanted to get my eyebrows done as usual (I took my eyebrow make up off) and the lady asked me "how do you want the shape, thin or thick and what angle") and I let her know when I come in the ladies do not usually ask they just do my eyebrows and they always look fabulous. This lady proceeded to butcher my eyebrows (they're very fine) and I get up from the table and I wanted to cry. She kept wanting to "touch them up" and I told her no. I tipped this woman still after she proceeded to butcher my eyebrows and turn them from beautiful to making me look sad and worried all the time. I calmed myself down and called the shop 5 hours later and wanted to express my concerns and my sadness . The woman kept rudely Interrupting me as I just wanted to tell her my concerns. I did not want anything free. She kept offering me a "touch up" and ti come back and I expressed to her my eyebrows will have to grow for months for any repair. She continued to interrupt me only for me to find out the OWNER!!!!!! Butchered my eyebrows. If you get your eyebrows done go to anyone else but the owner. Oye! Ok I'll admit my pain threshold isn't what it used to be...this 'threading' really hurts BUT this method of removing hair is quicker, doesn't hurt your skin AND the hairs come back less intensely...there's no wait and she's awesome! I went in with my brow pencil on and she worked around that line but also shaped according to my face. I have one brow that comes in funky straight up and she trimmed it with shears told me not to tweeze from now on. Next visit? 3-4wks doing nothing until I come back will be hard but I'm excited withis new venture! I've been to Perfect Eyebrows three times and haven't been particularly impressed. The most recent time the lady was very quick for both a brow and lip threading which is fine had the end result been good, but there were many missed hairs. My skin is sensitive and still days later I have red marks where it was threaded too close to the skin which I think was from the quickness. This has never happened to me before and I've been doing eyebrow waxing or threading for over 10 years. I will not use them again because I prefer when they take their time to make it perfect. Another client came in and was waiting during my threading, so perhaps the lady doing the threading was trying to be faster than usual but this didn't leave me feeling good about the whole experience. read more

Ive been neglecting my eyebrows for sometime. Namely, just being cheap. But they needed some serious work and I don't like waxing them because my skin gets irritated by the process. Additionally, the area stays red for a while. I usually would op to go to the mall for threading but they don't take their time. So i yelped eyebrows and this place popped up. I was near by and well, why not. I signed in and sat for about 10 minutes while others who were there before me were served. Three chairs were going with customers. They use real cotton string and are very friendly while threading. I seriously didnt feel much. Often, you feel like your skin is coming off with the thread but not this time. My eyebrows were awesome looking and not too thin or overly thick; perfect eyebrows. Total cost was $12 + tip. I even earned my first punch there, on my punch card. read more

Wow! This place is amazing. I live in Phoenix but visit home (ABQ) monthly. I really needed my eyebrows waxed before I was to fly back to Phoenix the same day. I ended up driving by Perfect brows and thought ....well the name sounds fitting :) I went in and asked to see if i could get in for a waxing appointment. She let me know that they do not wax and that they only thread. I had had a previous experience with threading and it wasnt a good one (not at this salon). I decided to give it another shot...and wow was I surprised. I dont think my eyebrows have ever looked this good! They had perfect straight lines and looked so clean! Perfect shape! They are the worst. The girl is very aggressive with her threading and I told her I want them thick don't make them thin but she didn't listen and made them arched and thin. Still a wonderful place, but there is a lack of consistency at times. My favorite is Mavrish. She only works Mondays, so I go in every other Monday to have her thread my brows. She does a great job...but I'm not a fan of some of the other ladies' work. With some, I have to go back once a week because the hair grows back faster. Use the rose water to soothe your brows/face afterwards. read more

I used to go here all the time, and the ladies are nice, one lady in particular completely ruined my eyebrows. They were thick and then after going here they were barely there. One brow was arched and one brow was round. One was short and the other long. I had sperm shaped brows!! It was awful! My brows took a good 4 months to grow back completely. Don't go here. read more

After coming here over a year I still think everyone does a good job. However they are always so negative about my eyebrows that I really don't like coming here anymore. I'm old enough to know that I wasn't blessed with amazing brows. However I like my brows and I know how to make them work. :) But every time I'm in here they always feel the need to tell me how bad they look and how it's going to be so difficult for them. They do not instill any confidence. I have not had this experience in other cities with other professional threaders. Perfect Eyebrows truly does live up to its name. I go there every couple weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and they have never looked better! The ladies that work there are professional and the price isn't bad either. I haven't tried their other services but I'm sure I will in the future. I've been going here for the past year since I've moved to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. I used to go to the sister shop in Santa Fe and they always did a perfect job! Since I've been going to this location, my brows have completely lost their shape and fullness. She's taken my natural arch to a thin and almost pre/made shape that doesn't go with my face. I always tell her 'a bit thicker' just to make sure but even then she usually always makes them a tad thinner than the time before last. This last time I went, I completely forget to tell her thicker, thinking she'd remember and oh man! She basically gave me chola eyebrows. So now I've been spending the past three months growing them out. Probably will just start making the commute to Santa Fe for now on. read more
