I wanted to change my auto insurance and was stressed out calling insurance brokers, talking to so many insurance companies that I have never heard of, being transferred to 4 people and some of them seemed scammers as their auto quote was ridicously high ! I've never had such a thoughtful, conscientious agent - ever and that's in over 65 years of being insured! Jared takes so much care to findf the right policy and premium to fit your needs but still give you the best coverage. After the fire of 2017, he and his agents were nothing short of heroic! An adjuster was out in a matter of hours and the company found the best way to reimburse me for my losses. Jared also came out personally and loaned me air scrubbers - totally above and beyond what an agent would do. After the Kincaid fire, one of his staff called to see if I was doing OK and came through it all right. Seriously - who does that?! I came into the office to get a quote for my cars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I had 3 people ask me if I wanted water or coffee before I even sat down. I ended up working with Tristin and he was very prompt and knowledgeable. I work in this office, and that may seem weird for me to write a review, but Jared is also my agent. I have 38 policies, so as you can imagine, I am high maintenance, lol. I do not believe in selling or servicing my own policies. Jared has a great team for service and they always monitor my policies (I do not service at all, sales only). When I need a policy, loan or bank item, I call Jared and he or another sales agent take care of me (I also do not believe in selling to myself). Best insurance co. I have ever been with, they go out of their way to help me get the right coverage and have saved me a bunch of money. When my truck was hit on the freeway( other driver at fault) Jared Soukup went and called me personally to make sure I was fully recompensed for the damages, he sped up the process and even managed to get me $900 above what the other insurance co. wanted to pay me for repairs.
