Story: I saw their youtube videos of this guy Rahul and his partner Cody about building an AI Agency, in the description they added a link to join their "Get $hit Done" program, and you could have joined for $7 for the first week to try it out and if you don't like it they will offer a money back guarantee. I signed up and was upsold to $497 for a lifetime access, so I signed up for the lifetime access thinking, oh what the heck I will use the oportunity and If I don't like it I will get my money back. I signed up and when I got in there was a lot of material on there but all the material was about starting an SMMA agency and not the AI Agency that the videos and the link was pointing to. There was 2 "courses" that were going over how to set up the AI Agency with their Voice AI called "Thinkrr" so I thought, what the heck, if I can learn what I need to learn about the AI and it helps me make money I am fine with spending $500, mind you, I am not from the US and $500 is a whole month salary for me. I was going through the stuff and eventually signed up for their AI Agent "Thinkrr" when I signed up for "Thinkrr" which is $39 a month for get started, every single course about AI agent was on there for $39/month. So I basically wasted $497 for a course on how to build an AI Agency while all of the content that I paid $497 for was already in the "Thinkrr". I thought no big deal, I will just say for my money back and use the stuff that is on their Voice AI right? WRONG! I sent a message to Rahul on facebook messenger where we spoke once and he answered to ask for my money back to which he replied: "There is no money-back for LTD" which im guessing is Lifetime Discount. I sent him a message after that explaining the situation and the issue and how I was mislead into purchasing (at that time I thought it was unintentional) and I got no reply, I followed up with him for a couple of days but I got no reply back, today is the 4th or 5th day since I asked for my money back. Conclusion: These guys are scammers, they don't answer when you ask your money-back guarantee and they claim that there was no money back guarantee even though its clearly stated when signing up. I would stay away from working with these people.

Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.
