Extremely rude and pushy- this is just the consultation. I am a new small business owner offering consultation services to others. Not familiar with web development or designing. Not my forte. I saw a website by another person offering similar services as I do and thought that for a new start up it might not be fantastic but it was good for me. I was surprised to be told by the Webmoo team that I had poor taste and more. They were also apparently offended that I had already hosted purchased hosting where I purchased my domain- again, I'm new to this so wasn't sure what was the right way to go. Initially when I sent the link to the website I wanted them to recreate I was told that the website wasn't nice. I did remind them that we all have our own opinions but overall as the customer it wasn't really appropriate for them to be so vocal with theirs. This is a must read: How this so called owner Avetis [of webmoo] responded to me [as a new and potential client] one would probably not believe. The good news is, I have it all in writing as proof. That being said, I can not thank yelp and other sites alike that have platforms for past clients and potential clients [victims] such as my self, the opportunity to take time out to do all they can to warn others. Long story short, this person has a business address located on their site, I called and asked [after viewing it on craigslist] if I could come in for an in person consultation at the address listed and this person began to behave erratically [to say the least]. Apparently, he is unaware that paying clients and future clients have the right to inform and ask questions before hiring out a project of theirs. I desired a one on one short consultation, yet I couldn't even get that, not even a 30 minute in person meeting to go over my plans, after all , this would be my brand I'm paying for and an investment. However, he, in his mind, somehow feels a client should basically hand over their hard earn monies, don't ask any questions, don't ask for a consultation, but do as they're told. You don't believe me. Well, I've copied and pasted his actual response to me. Here it is: "We tell you what to do and you do it. We don't get told what to do." It gets worse, trust me, but obviously; I don't have enough room for it. Nothing else needs to be said about this business and this so called business owner Avetis. If you are a potential client and or past client and you still choose to support this unstable person, whom clearly doesn't know the value of customers, then I'm afraid you're going to be sorry. Know that your business as a customer is worthy to be respected. A business is not a business without customers, yet he also adds, he does this as a hobby, and therefore, he basically feels he can treat others any way he chooses. No business will continue to be successful or grow with that attitude. Please think twice on whether or not the positive reviews listed are indeed real, and if they are, consider them as very lucky, lucky individuals or associates...as more and more companies are personally writing their own positive reviews and or paying for them to be done. Don't run, leap from this person, this company. He doesn't deserve your business, it's too many other businesses which will gladly welcome, support and understand you as a client and your needs.
