For what I pay to lease land, This was an absolute bargain!! It was a great choice. All I had to do was pay my fee and show up. Jim or Eric took me to the stand, chosen for the wind and what I wanted to hunt. Handed me all my gear after I got in the stand, and picked my up later. I shot the biggest deer of my life the 2nd morning, Perfect 8 point 215 lbs. with a really cool marking on his face. My wife, a non hunter, came along to chill out and had a relaxing time. Jim asked her to come out to see where I was hunting and retrieve my deer, she grabbed her camera and was impressed with the set up and experience. I tried to help Eric drag the deer out but Jim ran me off. Eric and his assistant prepped and packed the meat in my cooler for me to process at home. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I've paid $200 a night and were not near as good. Miss Annabelle kept the good food coming for lunch and supper. Soooo much better than what I have in the camper when I'm hunting by myself, and I didn't have to clean up. I told her I usually lose weight when I go hunting but not this time. The overall experience was like a fun visit with old friends, except I wasn't allowed to help. God willing, I'd go back.
