I went to my follow up, and had to leave after waiting for 45 minutes. Now, I'm unsure if I'll meet my teaching deadlines, as I'm likely to have to start the test all over again due to falling out of the 72 hour window. I can't get in touch with any representatives to discuss rescheduling or if I'd be able to get in today or tomorrow. Everything is automated, and incredibly slow.

I won't go back there. Ever.
