I called to see if they would replace it, and they refused to. They wouldn't do anything to make it right with me either. I spent $40 on a vape and they refused to replace it or to reimburse me. Very rude, unprofessional, and disappointing.

The selection was solid, and the prices were really fair--definitely some great value for what you're getting.
