At the recommendation of a friend this place ha become my go to when I'm home in Detroit when I need to stock up on cigars. Roughly 10 minutes from the house and down the street from a micro brewery it's a perfect situation. I always take advantage of their cigar deal of the day. Have been here constantly since it opened until the owners started letting full blown burnouts work the counter. I had a simple $10 wrongly threaded pen that was an obvious manufacturing flaw and the long hair "bro" refused to replace it. Service has gone down the toilet, unfortunately. Yikes! Not the best smoke shop in the area. while the staff was nice, I COULD NOT for the life of me of make heads or tails of how they handled the business. Cheap products overcharged just so the breezes could stay low priced, the amount of employees I saw in the few times I was there, It was all a disaster. So I gotta say really nice staff, but you guys gotta get it together went in 2 days before 710 to get a new rig and a bucket since my puffco is under warranty . But they had 0 14m buckets besides super cheap 20$ ones, how are you gonna be a heady store and not have 14ms on the week of 710, so I got the 20$ bucket get home and there's a nice hair line fracture right on the bottom....im sorry but im just not gonna waste my time here anymore, went in before and they didn't have dab tools like seriously what's going on? went in there looking for a specific product and even called beforehand so the guy knew what I was talking about when I came in. while talking to the night manager, Josh (long hair), another customer walked up and grabbed the product I was looking at, walked over to the counter and bought it. when I expressed that it was rude and unprofessional for him (Josh) to let that happen, he grabbed everything I was looking at and put it away telling me to 'have a nice night' After walking out I went back in to find out what the man's name was only to find that they were talking shit about me saying I was 'whining' and I 'should have had my money in my hand if I wanted it' COMPLETELY unprofessional and I'm very disappointed that he was the manager running the store like that. corporate complaint was filed and I hope Josh 'has a nice day' with that. read more
