I can't comment on it's general service since I don't go for the high service fee for ordinary financial tasks. But I do believe that there are many poor people who'd like to be taken advantage of. You pay higher fee because you are poor. I come to this spot without any choice because of prior misconception of CTA. I need a day pass and I'm happened to be at Morse Station. Despite everyone loving the choo choo train, I have had big reservation about their willingness and sincerity to serve the public. But that's another disappointing review that will not make a dent in their tardiness. After I've asked a few Chicagoans, I gave up. I had to walk 6 blocks to find the one and only place near Morse Station to get a day pass. I can't get the day pass at the dispensing machine at the station. I can buy 3-day pass but not 1-day at some dispensing machine. Go figure... I have purchased 1-day pass at CVS Pharmacy numerous times. It's quick and easy. I can self checkout the pass with credit card for no extra fee. But there's no CVS Pharmacy near Morse Station. Guess what!!!! They charged $1.35 for selling the day pass. It defeated the purpose of my saving. So traveler, avoid this and most money exchange places if you want to save your money.
