I called about 5 minutes before my arrival to see if they were able to remove a piercing. They said to come in any time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the nice piecing artist. He showed me back to the extremely clean and pristine room. It took about 5 minutes for him to remove the piecing and I was only charged a small fee.
