We also needed it because 360 Painting of Orlando left a huge mess in our home (that's a whole other story). We also ordered some additional add-ons like wet wipping the blinds. We were asked to send in photos. The photos showed the giant bookcase that we have and the high windows and blinds. They brought a step stool. We were informed when they showed up that they couldn't do those areas. Had we have known, we would've booked with someone else who could clean those areas. They got up the mess that the painters left but managed to miss the entire kitchen, fans, chandeliers, shower, and tub. There was still dog hair in the carpet, they didn't do the bookcase at all (not even the shelves they could reach), the blinds in the tall windows were half done. They were here for 7hrs while my partner was on works calls on the porch. We aren't sure what they did during this time. We ended up getting a full refund since they are booked out 2 weeks. So we are now having to clean the entire house ourselves.

They cut off my car (nearly hitting me) and when I honked to make sure they saw me, they begin screaming at me and flipping me off. Both the driver AND passenger (who were both wearing the business's polos) were irate and obscene. When they realized I took a picture of their car, they sped away. Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!

It started out ok but then they basically abandoned the job before they were done. The insurance company tried to contact them. The boss, Jesus, had his voicemail full and we could never reach him. His assistant, Victor, never set up his voicemail. They showed only when they wanted. Victor always had an excuse...he would set a time to come and then he would call and say something came up and unfortunately he wasn't coming. In the end, the insurance company ended up using someone else to finish the job. When it was time for us to sign so Servpro could get paid, apparently someone at Servpro signed for us and tried to get paid. We have talked to the insurance representative who has escalated the problems with Servpro to his bosses and our insurance company will not use this company. Please be leery of hiring this company because you will be very frustrated and disappointed if you do.
