I went one year with white grout and it made me paranoid about the grout getting dirty. I used the Angie app to get estimates from contractors. I got about 4 estimates and going with the Grout Restorer was a no brainer. Martin was always on time for the estimate as well as the job. He provided a through estimate and he was the most knowledgable of all the people that came to my house to survey the job. I had Martin and his team of four people come and do work on my house. I didn't believe that they'd be able to finish the job in a day but they did! His team is very professional and they are super kind people. Karen especially went above and beyond with her work. I'm a perfectionist so having it look perfect was important to me. The grout color that I had told Martin I wanted ended up looking more brown than I expected. Even though the team had done almost two rooms, Karen was able to color match a grout color that made my tile and grout blend together to the point where you didn't notice the grout anymore. They all did such an amazing job. Martin also doctored my bathroom showers and made them look new again. I'm so pleased with their work. I could never have done the job they were able to do. They are very talented people and I cannot recommend them enough.

    CAUTION TO ALL STR HOSTS…read more I do not recommend this company for short-term rental turnovers. I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Management should take a close look at its quality-control process because these problems reflect poorly on the company and raise serious concerns about employee performance and oversight. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves quality control, communication, and pricing transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other STR hosts.
