We had the most terrible experience with Ruban events and the lead designer Ruma. They agreed to do…read morethe decor for our wedding and accepted our cash deposit but then refused to send us a contract and ultimately told us they couldn't do the decor **a week before** our wedding. We asked Ruma several times to send us a contract because we wanted to make sure we were locked in and all the terms for clear. Ruma refused and kept claiming they were too busy to do so. I even tried asking for an ETA and she refused to give one. That was an immediate red flag to me. Their design portfolio is also very outdated and they are very inexperienced. When we tried to ask them for past examples of work they've done, they had no portfolio to show. Unfortunately Ruban events is inexperienced and incapable of working on large projects, which we learned the hard way since we had to scramble to find a decorator last minute. Their customer service is abysmal and they make false promises. For every married couple, I would avoid this decorator!

You can also bring your own accessories and other outfits to change into. The room is set up with different complementary themes for a fun variety. I appreciated the freedom to express myself in front of the camera, boisterously laugh with my friend, and take unlimited shots to ensure we captured the perfect ones. At my pace.
