Staff provide you with a set-up camera, clicker and an after shot monitor for you to see the pictures you took. It's simple. Props and accessories are available to borrow -- to enhance your photos. You can also bring your own accessories and other outfits to change into. The room is set up with different complementary themes for a fun variety. I appreciated the freedom to express myself in front of the camera, boisterously laugh with my friend, and take unlimited shots to ensure we captured the perfect ones. At my pace. She was working on another client at the same time at the studio, someone taking photos at her studio, which caused delays and ultimately made me late for my own photoshoot. On such an important day, I expected to be the focus, and that was disappointing. She did not communicate in advance that she was double booked on that day. More recently, we confirmed a 3pm appointment for a wedding I was attending. However, a few days before, she called to say she would no longer be available at that time and could only do 12pm, without a clear explanation or apology. It left me scrambling to find an alternative. I dont mind if she needed to cancel, but suddenly she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her schedule. And to me, that was very unprofessional. Pricing and expectations are also not clearly communicated, and frequent mentions of tips felt unprofessional. Overall, while she has talent, reliability, transparency, and respect for a client's time are essential--especially for important events--and that was consistently lacking in my experience. For anyone looking for a more dependable experience, I ended up going with Dream Wedding on 150th, and they were professional, organized, and respectful of my time. The dynamic duo worked well as a team and individually. Our makeup artist Grace, was very meticulous in applying our lashes. We both wanted makeup that still looked bright and natural without looking over made and she delivered. Sparkles and light white/ cream base lids for my mini me and nude with a hint of golden tones for me. The hair stylist was also phenomenal. We brought printed photos as inspiration for the hair styles we wanted and we got exactly as pictured. She was spot on with the details, especially putting on the final touch, my daughter's tiara for her big day. They both went above and beyond in their booked services.
