From the moment we set terms and signed our contract, Raudel was absolutely professional, so organized and punctual. The lines of communication were always clear and open and he always made sure we were on the same page with details. He sent a proposed day-of schedule that we tweaked together accordingly with our schedule as well as other vendors. I was so stressed out with the planning itself that it was nice and REALLY appreciated that he had a proposed a schedule that allowed for wiggle room in case things had to get moved around (think bridal suite photos, first look shots, bridal party portraits, family, etc.). Even our family and friends said they were bad. Half of the photos were very unflattering (mouths open from people talking, double chins from people looking down, glares on people's faces from awkward angles). He said we didn't pay when we did a month in advance, also the pictures took a week longer than what his contract said, and he misnamed my husband as Greg and not Gabe on the photo file. I gave an average pretty good 3 stars rating because we are going to use half the photos so, not bad and not the best. Once he saw that he had gotten an average honest rating, he started lying saying I was giving out bad reviews, which I have never given any reviews below 4 stars and then he rudely emailed me because he wants nothing but 5 stars regardless of how a couple feels. I guess once he gets your money he doesn't care how long it takes or how the photos look...and if you don't give him 5 stars then he'll start bashing you with lies. Worst experience ever

While I certainly wanted gorgeous wedding photos, I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on them. Rojo Pictures offered a full day (no time limit or location limit), with two shooters and a photo booth for an excellent price. I got my pictures two weeks ago, and I can tell you - they are AMAZING. He caught so many excellent candid photos from the ceremony and reception, and found beautiful backgrounds and lighting for our portraits. The photo booth, which we didn't expect much from, turned out to be a huge hit with our guests and resulted in some awesome shots.
