After a horribly painful experience at a different Helena dental surgeon, for a single extraction, I felt like a lamb going to slaughter. The pre-op appointment was thorough but easy to understand. My procedure was the following week. It took a hour plus and I was totally sedated. I was still groggy when I was taken home. I never experienced any follow up pain! The extraction sites are sore to the touch, but no ongoing pain or agony. He prescribed pain pills and an antibiotic. Never needed the pain pills. I cannot believe how positive my experience has been. My regular dentist is amazed at how well this major procedure went. So am I. Dr. Erwin deserves ten stars. Highly recommended.

Not for the work, or a procedure, but for a consultation on whether they could do the work. What kind of business works like this? If I want to buy a car, do I have to pay 500 dollars to see if I like the car. If i go to a restaurant do I have to pay 500 to look at the menu. All of this just seems rediculous ot me. They have been working short staffed due to an employee that recently had a medical emergency that…read morerequired time to grieve and a severe loss to that person. They hired someone to do insurance billing for them, but because they were short staffed, they let that person go after only one partial day of training. Then they contacted the person that was out from the medical emergency and loss and wanted her to come back to work, only days after the incident happened, without even letting them have time to get over their loss. I would not want to go to a dentist office that treats their employees this badly. If they don't care about their employees, they are not going to care about their patients.
