They made me an appointment for an hour from when I called to get me in quick. I got there and the receptionist told me they'd work with the out of state insurance and I was set in. The doctor looked at what had happened and fixed me up with a temporary crown in less than 5 minutes and told me I was all set. He also said that since I was out of state not to worry about any charge, but told me to make sure to call him if I had any other issue before I left. Amazing customer service, friendly dentist and quick to get down to things!

I…read morealways feel like a priority when I'm there, no matter what I'm having done whether it's an exam and cleaning, fillings, or a consultation about how my teeth appear, I've always felt heard. Going to the dentist isn't easy for a lot of people and I'm one of them. I don't have to white knuckle through visits though because I know he'll get the area he'll be working in nice and numb, so we're ready to go. He has never not once, over charged me for a service, and will talk through everything before we begin, allowing me to be confident in what will be provided for that visit. I moved to Virginia in late fall of 2024 (husband is on active duty there), and I attempted to get established with Dentists of Arlington and my experience was so terrible, that I now fly home to Montana and have my annual check-ups and periodic cleanings with Dr. Erwin. I'll not have it any other way. The staff in his office are so kind and very good at solving problems and lending their expertise by providing the most welcoming feeling when making appointments, flexibility with rescheduling and helping with insurance coverage questions. This is really a top shelf, A+, patient centered dental office. My entire family sees Dr. Erwin- both kids, and my parents too! They have cutting edge technology and rarely do we need lidocaine shots for fillings or other dental work thanks to the WaterLase. My 3 children are well cared for and can watch tv during treatment, which decreases any anxiety they may have. Dr Mast is proficient at all dental work he practices.
