Everything turned around for me once I started working with Bob (Robert) and Jessica. I called them at all hours of the day with a million and one questions and they were not only responsive, but also patiently explained every little detail that I was confused about (which was a lot). Bob came up with several different loan scenarios for me, all of which included every incentive program that I qualified for. After speaking with a number of different lenders and real estate agents, I realized that things like city-specific financial incentives are not common knowledge, even among experts in the trade. Bob knows his stuff and ended up saving me a LOT of money. He even called me once to say, "Great news - I just found a way to save you $1,500." Need I say more? I was also extremely grateful for Jessica, Bob's assistant. One time, Bob was in a meeting and normally, that's usually a sign to the client that they'll have to wait for a call back, but Jessica was so knowledgeable about my files and current situation, that she was able to help me with all that I needed herself. It was as if the listing they put together was for a totally different home, that's how bad it was. She and the Bob and Ronna group completely missed the listing deadline amongst many other things. When I spoke with an employee at the Bob and Ronna group, she tried to threaten me and tell me that I was bound to my contract. They then sent in Ronna who just gave me a lot of lip service and Lauri Clay, who is diabolical, she uses fear tactics, and she's a champ at it, manipulative to the core. She was so smart, she did not even address the major issues that we were having with our agent Zahra, we were actually under contract for another home and so she decided to focus on that and make it seem like she was our savior. She scared us into believing that we wouldn't get our deposit back and that the LLC who owned this house didn't refund deposits and then when we received our deposit with absolutely no hiccup at all, she tried to act like the champion who saved the day although she lied about all of this to make it seem like she was helping me. She then went onto start to scare me that the HOA does not give out the documents in a timely manner for selling my home. Honestly, it just goes on and on... I actually was able to see through all the nonsense and even when I'm telling her I've just had an accident and I have a concussion and I don't need added stress. She was so heartless and conniving and continued to apply pressure on me and my family and was so calculating. I eventually had to block all of them and sent Bob and Ronna a statement saying I was done and I was not obligated. The listing they created for my home currently still remains on the MLS and Zillow and they will not remove it. I will file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. Basically run, I know it may seem like they might be helping but honestly, but that's the game they play, they are about quantity and there is no quality whatsoever and they will do whatever it takes to make that dollar. BEWARE. Worst company ever, I can't tell you how many times they had me in tears. Not to mention that they wasted primetime of being on the Real Estate market. They did such a disservice to me and my family and created so much anguish for us, I just can't understand how people can be like this or how they can sleep at night. I literally did not even list all of the mistakes, and errors and mental games and anguish and manipulation they put us through, but this kind of gives you a gist.
