I had a botched foot surgery and it was ruining my career as a fitness professional. My new surgeons blasted what the first doctor had done. They had such a list of mistakes I don't know how this could have been hard. During my first meeting with Sam he spoke to me like a child (I was 30). He was extremely condescending and told me I should just go back to school and get a degree in something else. Seriously. One week before my year was up (Ohio medical malpractice is 1 year) he sent me an email stating since I was having a second surgery he didn't feel it was worth it to sue for a year of disability since I would be fine after my first surgery. He also complained it was to hard to work with me since I now lived in California. In the end I had a second surgery. It didn't work. 4 weeks ago I had surgery # 3. It will take at least a year to see if it worked. If not they will have to amputate part of my foot. Needless to say I could not work since my second surgery and am hoping I'll survive this year. What a shame he didn't care enough to listen. I am guessing he could have made a nice cut off my pain. Instead I'll sit here and struggle to pay the bills. Do not recommend. (I think you got that)
