Even with her busy day and numerous clients, she always took time to answer mine and get back to me within a timely manner, even though some of my inquiries were pretty asinine. She always did so with such care and enthusiasm and always answered her phone with excitement. But that energy doesn't stop with Donna, it extends to everyone! I have had the fortune of interacting with each staff member; and from stunning office staff like Kim to the amazing employees such as Chad, Robin, Kerri, and Kari, all the way to Marc and Matt, the energy and enthusiasm of this office is unprecedented. No client is too small or too big for this team and it truly is worth your time to give them a chance. He handled all of the paper work, he handles all of the phone calls and all of the hassles that insurance has. He also was unbiased about telling me what insurance I truly needed. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered. When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof. I have also converted several employees of mine to using his service too. It is like they get a raise when they give him a call since he saves them so much money.

I call them to get some clarification and was advised by a rep and her supervisor that it's her premiums will continue to increase every 6 months due to her accident in June 2016 for the next 3 years!!
