Jason was referred to me by my trust attorney as someone she had worked with in the past that had knowledge of the Oakland market. Once my trust was dissolved I owned a single family home and an 8 unit apartment building. With two mortgages on the home and unsuccessfully being able to collect enough rent to cover these mortgages, I was left in the position to sell. I recently sold my home using Jason as my agent. I hired Jason after interviewing 2 other agents. When he interviewed for the listing, I was first impressed with his punctuality. He was actually early. I wad also impressed with how he was well prepared. He knew much about the home and the neighborhood. I was impresesed with his presentation.
