What followed was a 25-30 minute wait for a single smoothie while multiple customers came and went with their orders. When I finally questioned it, there was no apology--just blame placed on another employee and a dismissive attitude, as if I were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my baby was visibly upset and crying. Great smoothie, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and long wait made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Not worth it.
