Service was pretty fast but allergen info was sporadic and buried in ingredient lists. I asked for a cold brew with 2% but was informed they don't have any milk and they suggested cashew milk but with a tree nut allergy that wouldn't really work. Many/most of their ingredients in foods contain tree nuts as well. They offered grass fed butter to put in the milk which seemed is strange since they didn't carry milk... the latte with cashew milk was an interesting combination. read more

Small roadside shop. Relatively fast service. It was very busy when we arrived. I ordered a smoothie bowl and a cashew milk latte. I informed the server that I cannot have almonds and asked if I could substitute the almond butter for peanut butter, which they let me do no problem. However, when I got my smoothie bowl, I found TONS of almonds in the granola AS I was eating it . We were too far down the road to go back and have them fix it therefore I wasn't able to finish my smoothie bowl. Thankfully (and luckily for them and me) my allergy isn't life threatening but this is DEFINITELY something you should disclose to customers with food sensitivities. read more

I have never had a bad meal at prema before! All of the food is organic and ready for you to eat fresh. The workers are very helpful with accommodation for smoothie bowls and anything else. I loved how everything on the menu is organic and gluten-free. A perfect start to my morning, I got the Keto Chocolate Lovers smoothie, and it was delicious. It was thick, 'chocolately', and smooth, more like a protein shake than a smoothie. It took a minute to make, but once I got it, the wait was worth it. It came in a decent sized cup with a jumbo thick straw (my favorite!). My friends got an açaí bowl and an iced coffee, and they both loved it! All of us were full by the time we were done eating, which surprised me because a protein shake never fills me up, but this one did. I absolutely LOVE this place! I was SO HAPPY to find a healthy eating spot just 2 min from my condo! Amazing coffee (first time I've found a coffee place that uses adaptogenic mushrooms in their cooffee)! The GF egg sandwich was amazing! So flavorful too! I am still in awe there is a place I can eat yummy food without feeling yuky for breakfast that is not my home. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I found the portion could be a little bigger for the price, at least for the sandwich; however, like someone here said, you don't put a price on your health. While in town for a wedding weekend, we found Prema through Seed Oil Scout. It's usually tough, especially on vacation, to find something to eat without any seed oils or gluten. This place covered all the bases and actually overwhelmed us with the amount of attractive options for us to eat. We wanted to try all of it & tried our best to do so in the 2 days we were there. For breakfast, we got Happy Gut Immunity Shots, the Berry Love smoothie, Almond Butter Toast & Tuna Salad Toast. All 3 were delicious and we couldn't wait to buy more of the tuna salad from the refrigerated section for later. We also picked up a couple delicious Kombuchas, a Blueberry Magic Scone, a No-Bake Granola Bar, Healthy Slaw & a Pesto Chicken Salad for lunch and our trip home the next day. The staff were incredibly friendly and remembered us when we came back later in the day. The only sad part was getting home and not having anymore food left.
