They charged me 680 to change fluids and put back my same plugs that I inserted and marked. Because of past experiences and it's not any better. After the first time they didn't fix anything at Regency, they moved it without my consent to Baymeadows. Damaged front foot pegs, gas tank, put fuel line in a bind so fuel wouldn't flow. Also the inserts used to extend fuel line were to small sucking in air and busting out. After 3 E-mail Alec Ademac thinks I'm going to eat this. Well think again. Baymeadows isn't any better. A lot of employees with the rearmed on their shoulders and I'd be scared to let them work on a skateboard board.

When I described the issue with the fitting of a jacket we purchased from Revzilla for my wife, Bella assured us that motorcycle gear sizes were absurd, especially for accommodating women. Rob got himself a helmet, a jacket, and gloves from their awesome selection. I got a pair of alpinestar gloves- can't go wrong with that brand. Bella helped my wife find the perfect cold weather jacket, and a pair of amazing gloves. Her advice, guidance, and assistance were wonderful. I did get helped by a nice young man who showed me the jackets that come in 2XL. I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

Ask about availability and you get a shrug. This is supposed to be a motorcycle gear store instead the shelves are half-empty and the answer to everything is "we'd have to order that." Worse than the inventory is the staff. There seems to be zero product training and zero customer service training. Employees often have no clue what you're describing, even for basic gear. Ask about a RevZilla order ... their own sister company ... or whether an item can be transferred to another store, and you get blank stares. Nobody knows how their own system works. If a company puts people on the floor of a specialty store, they should at least know the products and the basics of helping a customer. Right now, the staff would honestly be a better fit stocking shelves at a big-box store than advising riders on gear that their safety depends on. Until Cycle Gear invests in inventory and actual training, save yourself the trip and order online.

So I agreed and almost $2,000 later I pick it up to drive home and the thing still had a shifting problem and it now runs rough, and leaks oil when it sits (it did not do that before) I called them, they said bring it back in. A few mo later when I got a trailer to bring it back, they then says I took to long to bring it back ( even thought I only had 5-6 mikes on it from driving it home). So I needed to pay again. They said they fixed it again and said it will leak if I don't start it once a month, why? IT didn't need to do that before AND DID NOT LEAK. It's still fucking leaking today and now is skipping when I start it, not shifting right and leaking oil. FUCK YOU CHROME IT CYCLES. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF AND GIVING ME BS EXCUSES.
