We have some wicked Santa Anas up here, and they've been doing roofing across the street, and the 19 solar panels were so caked with dirt after little more than a year that he had to scrub them 3 times! He uses deionized water like in a car wash, so the panels were sparkling and spot-free when he was done. He is also experienced and well informed on other matters as well, such as screen & window cleaning and screen repair. We informed him that we had a catio built for our 3 babies, and he let us know that the Pet Safe screen material requires special attention. The second time he built a custom fit window screen and installed a sliding window screen in addition he found a supplier for a very large sliding screen door that two other big companies couldn't get.
