I role my own ciggs using a Tube Cut $45 injector that I bought from Amazon. I buy my tobacco (I like the light flavor, you might prefer something stronger) for $20 for a 1/2 pound from these people. The tobacco is fresh with no additives and smokes like Marlboro Lights. Smokers warehouse sells a box of 200 pre-made filtered tubes(these I like regular not light or menthol) for about 2 1/2 bucks. I sit in front of TV with my cigarette injector and make a carton of ciggs in about one football/basket ball/baseball game. My cost for a pack of cigarettes that tastes better, fresher, and has no additives is less than $1.25.

I was about to purchase a second battery had they exchanged the first one. However, I will not be spending any more money with people who do not respect my hard earned money. The battery has a 1 year warranty from the wholesaler but since I'm not the original purchaser I cannot get them to honor the warranty. Seems they may be buying knock offs and selling them, otherwise they should have replaced the battery. Poor customer service. I would love contact with the owner on this matter.

It seems to be so rare for people to do that for their customers these days. I roll my own cigarettes and the place I was buying my cigarette tubes quit selling the brand I use. I searched half of Jacksonville for these tubes and couldn't find them anywhere. Bummed out, I stopped by here and talked to Yuli and he said that he would absolutely get them for me and keep them in stock. Luckily, I had a photo of the box on my phone I was able to show him. Just as promised, a week later, I went back and Yuli had the tubes. Yay!! He told me he even personally went to the warehouse to choose them because he wanted to make sure the people who deliver them in the future deliver the correct kind. I think that was just so awesome of him! Yuli is such a great guy and now ever time I go in, I'm usually there for at least a half an hour or so because he and I always manage to strike up a conversation about something! I've also had more time now to look around the shop and they really have a great variety of so many different things. The selection of hookahs is great and he carries some really beautiful ones. They go from about $30 to really expensive. There's also a great supply of the hookah stuff you smoke in more flavours than I can possibly begin to mention (different brands also). Hubby and I have decided we are definitely going to purchase a hookah from here in the near future. Yuli is very knowledgeable about the hookahs and he was explaining to me how they work, etc. So, if you want one and you're unsure of how to work them, Yuli can definitely hook you up! There are cigars here too. I don't know really anything about cigars, but I did smoke my first one about a month ago at a cigar bar and loved it. It was a Java Mint flavour and they even have the cigar I like here. You'll also find some things here like body jewelry and Zippo lighters. Everything is priced really reasonably. Thanks to the great customer service, I'll be a regular customer here for as long as this store is in business!

They had such a huge collection; it was nice to be able to really have my choice and to have an expert there to offer advice and then give me the time I needed to think before making my decisions. He also said he'd order in my fave delta 8 gummy if needed (hooray). They also had a beautiful selection of glass pipes of all different sizes for all different needs and desires, as well as a huge vape section. Everything seemed fairly competitively priced, as well. I now have a one stop smoke shop that's charming, well kept, fully stocked, equipped with experts, and super convenient.
