Stopped in yesterday (Christmas Eve) to pick up a few last minute items before Christmas. Went to the Customer service desk at approximately 3:05pm to buy or get change for the lottery machine. There was one man being serviced before me. When it was my turn I was told the service desk was closed even though the man in front of me was waited on. The lady was abrupt and rude. She refused to wait on me saying the service desk was closed. No one else was in line. The term Customer Service did not apply to the lady working there. I was shocked as I have always received good, friendly service at this store. I have worked in retail and know that The Customer is always right and does not have to shop at your store. That person needs to be retrained or fired. read more

Highly disappointed with Jay-C Plus on the East side of Seymour, Indiana. Couldn't find the items I needed, and the arrogant child at the self check out,( which we were forced to use, due to no cashers) could take lessons on manners. I also was surprised that they lock the exit door at 9 pm an hour before they close with more than 25 customer's still in the store. More of my business will be going else where. read more

Truthfully I wasn't very pleased with my shopping experience there. I went there previously and was told the Deli closed at 8pm. The second time I went there to get something from the Deli which was at 7:25 pm I was told the Deli was closed and that they close their Deli at 7:00pm. The girl working behind the Deli counter wasn't very friendly about how she told me. Must have been a bad hair day for her. Not going to say I am not going to shop there again but would be nice if the store would be consistent as to their Deli hours. read more

Finally, I had found a parking spot for mothers. An employee told me I couldn't park here because I wasn't a mother to be. I told her I WAS a mother. And that I should have the right to park here. The store was clean. And service was fast and friendly except for that one sexist employee. read more

Jay C Food Plus - Finally - Drugstores Near Me - Seymour, Indiana

I estopped in here two times while visiting in Seymour. The people are always friendly. The store size itself is limiting. The floral department has very nice premade floral arrangements. Great to pick up as a special gift. Jay c is a partner of the Kroger brands so you need to be sure to use your Kroger rewards number. They also had a large selection of mums and decor on display near the entrance. read more

I have only been here once and the "Pharmacy Leader" Justin ensured that it will be my only visit. I use GoodRX and we pulled up a $17 cheaper price under "Jay C" on 2 different phones. Justin is too lazy to figure out why he couldn't get it to work on his computer so he forced me to pay the more expensive price listed under "Kroger" (I was in the Jay C listed on the phone, not a Kroger) When I told him that this would be the last time I would use his pharmacy, he told me that i could "change my attitude" or he wasn't going to give me my DOCTOR ORDERED PRESCRIPTION. So if you want your scripts held hostage in order to bleed you for more money, Justin is your man. The worst service I have ever had,; if Jay C had any concern about customer service they would find a new "leader" Justin is lazy and rude. read more
