After my first doctor retired they moved me to a new doctor. I was on a schedule to see them every year for general care. The first doctor they moved me to I saw for 2 years. I really liked him but he left and probably to a better situation. They gave me a new doctor in that office and after seeing her once they informed me she left and canceled any further appointments. I currently have no general care doctor. I still get emails saying I should have certain preventative care procedures done and that they care about my health. I know they care nothing about my health and these are just computer generated messages to try to make money. Also, the office staff are not polite and seem to lack some common sense.

I also came with my husband on one of his visits. The doctors are highly qualified. I requested a female cardiologist and was assigned to Dr. Rathi who has been very thorough. My only complaint about the Clovis location is that it is on the opposite side of town from where I live and takes quite awhile to get there, having to drive through congested traffic. I prefer the Saint Agnes location.

I was referred here by my regular doctor when we found out I was pregnant. Over the course of my…read morepregnancy, I made it to every appointment and while the staff were nice enough, I saw a different provider almost every single time. I met with Dr Kopacz ONCE, in which she wasn't very encouraging and I actually left feeling scared and sad, worried that my high risk pregnancy wasn't going to finish the way we wanted it to. Since I saw different people each time, I really never felt a connection to the office or like anyone was really watching out for me. When I was 34 weeks pregnant, I had a stress test across the way at Dr Ladella's -- i really wasn't feeling it that morning and wanted to cancel, but decided to go anyway. I didnt feel like anyone at FWMG was really watching out for me, so it felt like easy to cancel, Well, its a good thing I did go in that morning because when I went there, they saw I had preeclampsia and immediately sent me to the Hospital side of things where I had an emergency c-section, performed by a completely different dr than Dr Kopacz. A couple of days later, FWMG called me to remind me of my regular upcoming appointment, to which I said they could go ahead and cancel, you know -- since the baby was already here. No congratulations, no concern, no follow up. They just told me to come in when I was released from the hospital and before we took baby home. I never, ever felt like I had a "care provider", it was just a regular drop in and get out kind of place. I never did talk to or see Dr. Kopacz after my delivery. When my baby was finally strong enough and almost ready to go home, I had a follow up at FWMG. It was halloween and my provider came into the exam room and was dressed like a pinata. She threw candy at me and my husband. Really. I get that holidays are fun and it could be a cute way to break the tension, but I just had a life threatening episode and a baby in the NICU -- it felt like nobody took any of my pregnancy seriously. Aside from all that, the billing department does some werid accounting which has lead to many, many issues with my insurance company, the hospital, etc. Very frustrating right after everything. We're 6 months out and I'm still fighting it out. Sigh. Dr. Kopacz very flatly told me this will probably be my only pregnancy, but if in the event its not -- I will for sure be looking elsewhere for care.

I took time off work for this and not once did the unprofessional staff make me aware or apologize for the PA running behind. Furthermore, the MA/whomever roomed me after 1.5 hours of waiting, was dismissive about my PMDD diagnosis, implied that I would be given a PAP Smear regardless of my consent, and then when I finally told the staff at the 2 hours of waiting mark, that I was leaving, the response was "oh ok". Not offer of apology, no offer to reschedule. Additionally, I paid my co-pay for that visit and never got seen. So I paid to wait, and lost wages. The office was chaos, unprofessional, and I was made to feel entirely unwelcome and unimportant. They don't even wear name badges Horrible experience. As a healthcare worker myself, this is unacceptable.
