They provided me with three (3) options, all of which were completely out of my price range but thankfully they offered financing. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.

I recently needed access to the natural gas on my property by way of a cut off valve (ball valve)…read moreat the meter. All Plumbing came out, turned off the gas, attached a 7 inch piece of pipe, and a ball valve. This took very little time. Gas was turned back on and all worked. The cost was $600. The cost of materials was very low. I would think less than $30. If you look at the price charged per hour, it's very high. I contacted the owner and asked if he thought the price was fair. He told me it was. I believe as the consumer you would not agree. This is a small town guys. How you conduct business is important.

We did not question weekend pricing, etc. But to be known for their Customer Service, I think not. .... btw, called another company, along with time getting parts needed, took no longer than 1.5 hours, and a hot shower before bed.
