They helped me find the best deal (to put it into perspective, it would have cost nearly twice as much to purchase them separately than in the complete set). And then they put them on. When other stores would have said "we do not have them" when they could not initially find them when checking their stock, the employee went above and beyond and got additional help from someone to find it (without me asking)! She apologized for the time it took to find them, but I am appreciative she didn't give up right away and found them. :)

They tried to give the car back to my stepdaughter, telling her there's nothing wrong with it. Then it took two weeks of us calling every couple of days, till we finally got a hold of the owner. Needless to say, the owner was very rude. He hung up on us three times. And he said he would give us $100 discount on the $250 we paid so they could break our car. Already contacted the Better Business Bureau. Do not take your car to Forbes in Hutchinson. They are a rip off, rude, and don't care The owner is unprofessional. I don't know why we actually thought they would be respectable and fix what they broke. Again, the owners son stalled us for two weeks. I really wish I would have disputed the credit card charge. I'm going to do that right now even though it's been over two weeks. I've also contacted the Better Business Bureau. If I can help with this company is not going to screw any more families. Last but certainly not least. The owner had the audacity to tell me. Go have your daddy contact the lawyer. Very rude to who he thought was a teenager. Sir I happen to be 52 years old, and you just broke the wrong person's car. A billboard is next sir! I was told that this place would service an aftermarket remote starter system (Viper) and boy was I…read morewrong. I was looking to get a new remote programmed for my system and was quoted for a whole new system after being told by the manufacturer that any dealer can replace my remote. It took them weeks to actually get my car and system looked at. I then took my system to another dealer who was more than happy to look at my system and quote me for a new remote. auto Xpress needed to see the car in person when the other dealer (Remote start MN/12 volt heaven) was able to determine the type of remote I would need and have me a cost and how long the programming would take. The cost was what he quoted but took significantly less time than quoted which was ideal for my situation. another time we had a fuel tank brought to auto Xpress to he resealed and they outsourced the tank to a place in chaska who lost it. The entire time they lied and were saying they had it in the shop. After about 2 months of waiting we told them to give it back even if it wasn't complete. Overall very disappointed in the service received and trying to be scammed into buying a whole new system.

Fantastic customer service with convenience in scheduling appointments to make a trip for routine…read moremaintenance or repairs (I did both for my appointment ... tire flat repair and oil change) and it took less than an hour. The waiting area is also super convenient providing a place (lots of outlets and places to charge devices) to work while you wait (if you need to ... or be entertained with the latest game on your phone too I suppose). Cost is a bit pricier than where I have previously gone, but definitely worth it. Over the past three years, the previous place would fail to reset my oil change alert (while also letting me know they couldn't figure it out) and I'd have to go home and watch a YouTube video on how to do it and reset it. But I know they took care of it at Les a Schwab's because of the menu that was up on my dash. :)
