Nice selection of colors, & staff knew which glittery polishes worked better on their own vs. over another color. Had just moved to to area and had made an appointment for a pedicure. Upon arriving the manager, who was doing someone's nails, just looked up and said "sign in." I have vision issues and couldn't read the small screen so told her I couldn't see the screen and she sighed, got up and signed me in. No "good morning," no confirmation someone would be with me shortly. 30 minutes later and 30 minutes after my appointment time not a word from the manager - no update on how long it would be, no apology for the wait. So I got up and started to walk out - she looked up and said "but we are just getting the water ready!" I didn't reply. She never showed me a courtesy of an update or even a greeting so I owed her no courtesy in replying. It was a very busy salon, so they won't miss my business nor I them. Went to another salon, Pro Nails the next day and what a pleasant difference it was! Prompt, friendly, excellent work and will use them again. Note to business owners...you may offer a good product, but if you don't show some manners or even a smile to your client you don't deserve their $$$$.
