Alberto's crew did an efficient job of removing the baseboards with minimal damage so they could be reused. They took care to mask off the rooms off the hallway to minimize dust in the rest of the house. Alberto took care to carefully check the board layout to insure the best looking transitions between the existing hardwood floors and the new hallway floor before he nailed down any boards. He also provided different options for the hallway turns before we picked out our preference. Alberto finished the floor in place and the dustless sanding lives up to its name. Alberto stained the floor to match which was amazing since the other companies who quoted said that they could not match and the new floor would stick out next to the old floors. A little touch up paint on the baseboards and Alberto's team did the reinstall. The new hallway turned out great. He communicated well during the whole process since we had a vacation gap in the middle of the job. I highly recommend Alberto for installing hardwood floors!

I made multiple attempts to follow up through calls and texts over the following weeks but did not receive any response. Then finally after two months, I received a bill via email. When I replied with questions regarding the charges, I again received no response. The only communication I have received from the company has been automated billing emails. Very disappointing.

Imagine our surprise when it took over 6 weeks, with little to no communication, to handle tear down and build up of 2 feet by 30 feet of wall. (We did have asbestos abatement, however that process took only a week). We also received an invoice for a subcontractor detailing actual charges versus what we were billed for. The costs billed to us were marked up over 100%. I understand outsourcing to subcontractors and up charging within reason. But over 100% up charge is wild. Would definitely recommend doing your due diligence before retaining this company as your contractor. We were told that they would match whatever our insurance would have paid and then were charged double. Disappointing to say the least. We paid in full but cannot comfortably recommend or so anything positive.
