It was a very expensive grass cloth paper, and I knew it was going to take professional installation. It should have been a 1/2 day job, but it turned out to be a 3 visit job - not because of their skills, but because the wallpaper turned out to be very problematic. The manufacturer did not give proper instructions on specific glue necessary and consequently even with proper wall preparation and standard glue, the wallpaper would not cooperate or lay down properly. Kimeron was so apologetic and even contacted the manufacturer to explain the problem and get additional information on how to install this very difficult paper. She even got them to mail me another roll of paper at no expense to me. At all times Kimeron was so accommodating and responsible to make sure the job was done properly and that I was happy with the installation. I know she lost money on my job, but she did not hesitate to make multiple visits to get this paper installed correctly. I would highly recommend K and B Wallpaper.

During our preliminary walkthrough and a follow-up meeting, I greatly appreciated Mauricio's professionalism, patience, courteous demeanor, honesty, and consultative approach. After the wallpaper I ordered was finally delivered, Mauricio and his partner, Jose, started the projects right away. After they finished the projects in the evening and cleaned up, Mauricio performed a wallpaper installation and painting final walkthrough with me to ensure I was pleased with the overall results. Mauricio installed our wallpaper straight with nearly invisible seams. There were no major issues with the paint job: there was consistent coverage with NO roller marks/drips/streaks/obvious brush-strokes near the edges of walls and windows. They accidentally spilled some paint on our carpet, but they cleaned it up to the best of their ability so that it is barely noticeable. Many contractors did not want to do the two layers of quietrock and didn't think the green glue was necessary. Do It Now Drywall immediately recommended all these as the best option for my wall.
