Liner slipped a little a while after install, Blake stopped by and adjusted it, no problems since. Recently I had issues with my salt system. Blake came out and did everything to diagnose, make sure it was faulty, ended up needing to replace the cell and flow switch - covered under warranty. I am so grateful as I didn't file anything (I didn't even know if it was covered under warranty), so when I called Hayward they asked if installer did it. I didn't know, called up, and Melinda let me know they had submitted everything and it was warrantied! She let me know what to do to mitigate my algae issues while I waited for them to come out and take care of it. Every time I've called up there or interacted with the boots on the ground (mainly Blake), they've all been incredibly nice, customer service oriented, and have created an overall positive experience. I even requested prior calls because I have dogs, and they've contacted me prior to coming out. Anyone who says differently is clearly someone who no one can make happy! Stand by the company I've recommended since the hole was dug - those guys were AWESOME too (now Trinity Land Specialists, I believe). Hope it says a lot that 4 years after build, I can still recommend this business as I did from start to finish in the beginning. I didn't have all the fancy bells and whistles, but have still been treated like a top-notch customer. That's what you get from this family-owned and operated local company!

When I purchased my fans, it never occurred to me to ask if they would reverse. So when I tried to…read morereverse them when cooler weather hit, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. The instructions pamphlet said there was a switch on the wall outlet but I couldn't find it. So I stopped by Inline to ask their advice. I figured I could probably order a remote or something. Beth Swann (the Regional Showroom Sales Manager) just happened to be in the Athens store that day and so she contacted the company that made the fans. She was told that there was a button on the motor so she arranged for an electrician to come check it out. Surprisingly, he couldn't find a switch at all. And even if there had been one, there was no way for me to access the fan in the great room. The ceiling there is 20' high. Now at this point, it would have been easy for Inline to say, "Sorry. Buyer beware!" but they didn't. My two fans would have to be replaced. Beth sent several suggestions of other fans that were similar. And without hesitation and during the busy Christmas holiday, Beth ordered the replacement fans. She arranged for removal of my existing fans and installation of the new ones. This was no easy feat. The ladder required in the great room has to come on a special truck and just getting that huge thing in the house was not easy or inexpensive. Inline absorbed the cost of all that. They did everything possible to make a bad situation better. I am very pleased with my new fans and want everyone to know how hard InIine worked to make that happen. This is one company that still believes in customer satisfaction! Thanks, again, to you all.

Outsourced the building of a metal shed to a company called TOL out of north carolina. Local…read moreinstaller was not used by TOL. Versatube has better quality and uses local installers. Numerous issues with building. I have to fix them myself. Look elsewhere.
