You could here him telling his team to take pride in the work and double check throughout the project - Kai kept things light with the stories while hitting the hard to reach ceilings for hours without flinching. - Edwin came in spec out the job and checked in everyday with the reassurance, the hype, and even following up to let us know we'd be covered for anything after too.
